I booked Indy Luxe for the Taylor Swift Eras Tour in Indianapolis which, as you can imagine, gets insanely busy. Tanish helped me set up our ride reservation and the most impressive part was the level of communication between the time of booking all the way through the end of our reservation. Given the craziness of that concert weekend, I was extremely nervous that our reservation would somehow get lost or slip through the cracks. But Tanish kept consistent communication with me about my reservation and answered any questions I had very promptly. We flew in from out of town and Tanish kept track of our flight and was there before we even got out of the airport. Couldn’t ask for a better early morning ride to the airport. Very responsive and polite owner from getting the quote (which was extremely reasonable) to arriving perfectly on time for pickup and loading luggage.
