The ride was great. Relaxing and on time. Tanish was a real pro. I would 100% use INDY LUXE LIMO again.

I booked Indy Luxe for the Taylor Swift Eras Tour in Indianapolis which, as you can imagine, gets insanely busy. Tanish helped me set up our ride reservation and the most impressive part was the level of communication between the time of booking all the way through the end of our reservation. Given the craziness of that concert weekend, I was extremely nervous that our reservation would somehow get lost or slip through the cracks. But Tanish kept consistent communication with me about my reservation and answered any questions I had very promptly.

We flew in from out of town and Tanish kept track of our flight and was there before we even got out of the airport. Everything went super smoothly and my husband and I were beyond impressed with the level of professionalism and service. Highly recommend!

I was extremely pleased with the customer service. They were very kind, patient and accommodating to help meet my needs. My vehicle arrived on time, clean with an excellent, personable young driver. My guest and I had a very comfortable and safe experience.

Couldn’t ask for a better early morning ride to the airport. Very responsive and polite owner from getting the quote (which was extremely reasonable) to arriving perfectly on time for pickup and loading luggage. The vehicle was well equipped comfort wise and I liked that it was an EV. Ride was smooth and safe. Just the service we needed at 3am.
